You can go directly to FTP mirrors like ftp://ftp.easynet.be/mysql/Downloads/MySQL-4.1/. They kept 4.1.21 and 4.1.22. I don't know if it is intentional or just incomplete cleanup. You can secure a local copy of the complete folder for yourself as long as it is there.

I've also got all older source releases back to 4.1.12 and can upload them if needed ... (4.0.24-4.0.30, too ... and even 3.32.57 and .58)

Hi Ronald,

Check here (or other mirror services):

http://mirror.services.wisc.edu/mysql/Downloads/MySQL-4.1/

Also, note that MySQL 4.1 (and 4.0) commercial-licensed binaries are available to Oracle customers via My Oracle Support, and while no longer under maintenance, the MySQL Support Team at Oracle is happy to provide usage support for 4.1 customers (and help them understand the benefits of an plan a migration to more recent versions).
